She chooses a field and buys it; from the work of her hands she plants a vineyard.

She sets a goal for herself and works toward it. For example, she saves money to buy something (“a field”), then helps make it something valuable and useful (“a vineyard”). She gives Mussar to people who are like an empty "field", which means they are not careful with keeping the Torah and Mitzvos. She tries to make them better Jews, like a “vineyard” which gives wine that’s used for holiness: Kiddush, etc. (Chasam Sofer).
