Because of her good work and character traits, her whole family appreciates and praises her (Metzudas David). She is modest so that only her family really knows all the good she does. By following her good example and teachings, her children “praise her" that she raised them well (Me’am Lo’ez). [As explained before, the “Eishes Chayil” can be speaking about the Torah.
