Who is like you among the powers, Hashem! Who is like You, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders!  

Commentary
Who is like you among the powers, Hashem - Hashem has the power to change the nature of that which never changes. Who is like You, glorious in holiness - Hashem's holiness never changes! fearful in praises - One who comes to know the greatness of the praises sung to Hashem will come to serve Him out of true fear, rather than from fear of punnishment. Hashem does wonders - Hashem does wonders which are never found under natural conditions (for ex: The pillar of clouds and the pillar of fire that led Bnai Yisrael through the desert.) (Sforno)
