PRAY FOR CAREFUL SPEECH
What's the best way to make sure that you're careful with your speech? How about a reminder at the beginning of each day? This is what the Chafetz Chaim advised. By saying a special prayer after Shemonah Esrei each morning, asking Hashem to help us control our speech, we will always be reminded about the importance of staying away from Loshon Hora.
